Mortons Manor in Corfe Castle, Dorset is looking for experienced Chef de Partie / Junior Sous / Pastry Chef / Waiting Staff to join our Two Rosette Restaurant.
The hotel is a 16th Century Manor House within the picturesque village of Corfe Castle. The hotel has recently had a fantastic renovation throughout. The refurbishment has included our restaurant, kitchen & herb garden.
We are continually improving the finer details within the restaurant & kitchen in one of the best restaurants in Dorset.
We require a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie / Junior Sous / Pastry Chef / Waiting Staff to come and be part of our hotels Two Rosette Restaurant.
Experience in a similar standard environment is desired.
Chef de Partie / Junior Sous / Pastry Chef
We require a Cdp and a Junior Sous (preferably with some pastry knowledge). Our kitchen and restaurant are the beating heart of the hotel offering quality food in a relaxed environment. Our kitchen team is responsible for ensuring guests receive the best possible dining experience and will help guide and motivate other members of the team.
You will be required to:
£32,000 - £35,000 per year depending on experience
Waiting Staff
Our Waiting Staff provide a high standard of service to all our residents & guests in all areas of the hotel from the dining room, reception & kitchen. Full training will be provided.
Reporting to our Hotel Manager/Restaurant Manager & Chef, you will be professional, punctual & well presented. A positive attitude & friendly nature is essential. Working as part of our close team, you will see to every detail when it comes to ensuring that our guests enjoy their stay and dining experience.
