Mortons Manor in Corfe Castle, Dorset is looking for experienced Chef de Partie / Junior Sous / Pastry Chef / Waiting Staff to join our Two Rosette Restaurant. The hotel is a 16th Century Manor House within the picturesque village of Corfe Castle. The hotel has recently had a fantastic renovation throughout. The refurbishment has included our restaurant, kitchen & herb garden. We are continually improving the finer details within the restaurant & kitchen in one of the best restaurants in Dorset. We require a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie / Junior Sous / Pastry Chef / Waiting Staff to come and be part of our hotels Two Rosette Restaurant. Experience in a similar standard environment is desired.
