Location: Isles of Scilly on the main island of St Mary’s, off the coast of Cornwall, UK.  Introduction: We are a small independent, family run Hotel with just 22 guest bedrooms, accommodating approximately 40 people at peak times. We have a small team of multi-skilled staff who all work together, but also individually dependent on the shift. We offer two meal services per day; breakfast and dinner. On a Wednesday, the restaurant does not open for evening meal. There is no lunch service within our Hotel. Being multi-skilled, our staff work in various departments in a split shift pattern to make up their roles to full time hours. The departments are Restaurant, Bar, Reception, and Housekeeping. We have a couple of dedicated full time housekeeping staff members who take on the majority of this particular section.   Arisaig Hotel is a busy hotel on the west coast of the highlands 1 hour north of Fort William. We are both the village pub, serving lunch and evening meals and a busy character filled 13 bedroom hotel. We are recruiting all areas as we expand our fantastic team for the busy season. We require a bar person, and a kitchen porter the remainder of the season. The ideal candidates will be warm, friendly, passionate, experienced people with a can do attitude.
