The following  duties and responsibilities are intended to give a broad indication of the variety of tasks the post holder may be asked to undertake: To promote a friendly, relaxing and professional environment whilst ensuring all customers receive exceptional levels of customer service in the dining room, bar and letting rooms Assist with food and room reservations, seating plans and coordinating guest flow Manage payments for the dining room, bar and letting rooms Cash-up tills Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally Ensure daily opening and closing procedures are undertaken Adhere to food safety standards and ensure all FOH/Housekeeping team members follow standards Comply with bar/hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety standards Assist with the management, training and development of team members Place orders and accept deliveries Assist with stock-takes Contribute to staff meetings Assist with staff rotas...

  We are looking for a member off staff to join our team. We are a public house serving food with five letting rooms in a village Shifts include weekends on a rota to allow weekends off mornings evenings and lunch time . The right person must have great customer service be able to work as part off a team and on their own, be confident to open and lock the premises up at the end of a shift. 35 to 45 hours per week References needed.
