We are looking for a competent Sous Chef or Chef De Partie to join our busy team and overlook the daily running of the kitchen alongside our head chef. We are a small busy hotel in the highlands serving a variety of food on a changing menu.
Key Responsibilities:
40 hours per week until the end of October
Salary or Hourly Rate dependent on experience + Excellent Tips

* 100% of tips shared between all employee's
The Hotel caters to International and National tourists as well as local trade. The Hotel offers for 30 people over it's 13 bedrooms, s well as food and beverage available in 3 areas of the Hotel.
