Pub Staff – Full time positions required
We are an independent traditional village pub located in the heart of Hartley Wintney with a public bar, saloon bar and courtyard garden.
We serve home cooked lunch and exceptionally kept real ales.
Our customers are the focus of our business and so we are looking for bar staff who can deliver high standards of service and an excellent experience.
Shifts will include weekends.
Responsibilities and duties Reporting to the shift manager on duty, you will be required to:
Serve customers in a timely manner
Provide a positive and friendly customer experience
Work to regulations, checking identification to verify legal age requirements of customers
Learn and maintain knowledge of the products sold
Keep the bar well stocked and organised to streamline drink preparation and delivery
Ensure the indoor and outdoor areas are tidy and clean
Qualifications/Skills
Customer service experience in a similar role is preferable but not necessary
Ability to work well as a team but also take initiative
Good communication and ability to interact with customers
Presentable and welcoming attitude
Professionalism and discretion
