Location: Isles of Scilly on the main island of St Mary’s, off the coast of Cornwall, UK.  Introduction: We are a small independent, family run Hotel with just 22 guest bedrooms, accommodating approximately 40 people at peak times. We have a small team of multi-skilled staff who all work together, but also individually dependent on the shift. We offer two meal services per day; breakfast and dinner. On a Wednesday, the restaurant does not open for evening meal. There is no lunch service within our Hotel.
