Communicate effectively with all other departments. Adhere to Food Safety standards. Complete daily/weekly paperwork. Comply with bar/hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety regulations. Accept deliveries. Contribute to staff meetings. Assist with check-in/check-outs.
