We’re looking for experienced Bar Staff to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently based in the UK who is ready for a fresh start and would like to experience island life in Guernsey.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for friendly, reliable and motivated people who genuinely enjoy hospitality and delivering excellent customer service.
You’ll need to:
- Have previous experience working in a busy pub, bar or restaurant
- Be confident serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Provide friendly and attentive service to every customer
- Work calmly and efficiently during busy periods
- Communicate well and work effectively as part of a team
- Take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Be willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
The Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Deliver warm, friendly and professional customer service
- Take customer orders and operate the till accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
- Restock drinks, glassware and other bar supplies
- Follow licensing requirements and responsible alcohol service procedures
- Support the wider front-of-house team when required
- Work closely with the kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure smooth service
- Follow all health, safety, food hygiene and company procedures
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A positive, reliable and hands-on approach
- Good knowledge of drinks and bar service standards would be an advantage
- Food Hygiene certification is preferred but not essential
- DAS Liquor Licence, or willingness to obtain one
