Junior Operations Manager
(Food & Beverage Background Essential)

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on hospitality professional ready to take the next step from food and beverage management into a junior operations leadership role.

Based within a beautiful country house boutique hotel in Cairngorms National Park, just 15 minutes from Pitlochry and only 5 minutes from Blair Atholl railway station, this is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious independent business with exceptional guest experience at its core.

This is a hands-on operational role, ideal for someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality across restaurant, bar, events and guest operations.

• Proven experience in restaurant and food & beverage operations
• A natural leader with a warm, professional and approachable manner
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confidence in leading service, motivating teams and maintaining standards
