  We are looking for a member off staff to join our team. We are a public house serving food with five letting rooms in a village Shifts include weekends on a rota to allow weekends off mornings evenings and lunch time . The right person must have great customer service be able to work as part off a team and on their own, be confident to open and lock the premises up at the end of a shift. 35 to 45 hours per week References needed. The following duties and responsibilities are intended to give a broad indication of the variety of tasks the post holder may be asked to undertake: To promote a friendly, relaxing and professional environment whilst ensuring all customers receive exceptional levels of customer service in the dining room and bar. Serve food and beverages. Manage payments for the dining room and bar. Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally. Ensure daily opening and closing procedures are undertaken. Communicate effectively with all other departments. Adhere to Food Safety standards. Complete daily/weekly paperwork. Comply with bar/hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety regulations. Accept deliveries. Contribute to staff meetings. Assist with check-in/check-outs. Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the dining room, bar and public areas. Assist with cellar management. Maintain and enhance the Owl's reputation....
