We're recruiting for a talented and self-motivated Chef to join a small luxury hotel set in one of Scotland's most scenic Highland areas. This role suits someone who enjoys working independently, creating thoughtful dishes, and thriving in a calm, rural environment where quality matters more than volume. The hotel is open February - December and although this is nominally a seasonal role, the employer would love to talk to chefs looking to commit longer term.  Perfect for chefs with chalet, lodge, private catering or remote-living backgrounds, this is also a great opportunity for hospitality couples looking to make a lifestyle move together.   The Role Produce a high-quality evening dining experience along with a well-executed breakfast service.
