Job Purpose
To ensure all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene, delivering an exceptional guest experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Room Cleaning & Preparation
• Clean and service guest bedrooms to agreed standards
• Change bed linens and replace towels
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise all surfaces
• Replenish guest amenities and supplies
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly
Bathroom Cleaning
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms thoroughly
• Replenish toiletries and towels
• Ensure fixtures and fittings are polished and presentable
Public Areas
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, reception areas, lounges, and other shared spaces
• Ensure all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming
Laundry & Linen
• Handle laundry, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding
• Manage linen stock and report shortages
Quality Control
• Check rooms meet company standards before guest arrival
• Follow cleaning checklists and procedures
• Adhere to health & safety and hygiene regulations
Skills & Experience
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Working Hours
Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Typical hours: 0800-1600
