The Milton Hare is a bustling, busy dining pub in a large village in the centre of The Cotswolds.

Located between the famous Cotswold towns of Chipping Norton, Stow on the Wold & Burford- we are THE new place to eat in the area. 

Having been closed for 5 years, The Hare was rescued from certain residential conversion by Sue & Rachel Hawkins 2 years ago & restored to glory. The interior is not typical of your average Cotswold dining pub- dark grey walls, olive green deep buttoned banquettes, high bar tables, rusted orange leather bar stools and industrial lighting create a modern feel while our super head chef, Matt Dare creates delicious dishes from the best local Cotswold produce around. Everyone is welcome at The Hare- whether its for pint of bitter from the local microbrewery and a pail of hot sticky sausages at the bar or a 3 course seafood feast from our daily changing selection of 'Marine Cuisine' - we are a favourite of locals and visitors alike!

Service is our USP- our front of house staff are young, vibrant, good fun & proactive. We have a mix of local staff and live in staff from many different countries. You will often see the same faces popping back after various interesting travelling trips abroad and there is always plenty of lively conversation between staff & customers!
