Bistrot Pierre is a bistrot restaurant chain established in 1994 which prepares, cooks and serves provincial French dishes using fresh and seasonal ingredients and regularly changing menus.

We currently have a portfolio of 17 restaurants nationally, with ambitious plans for expansion, creating plenty of opportunity for career progression for those who seek to continue to grow their skills and position within the company.
