You will have at least one years experience as bar staff or waiting staff in a UK restaurant (If you have both even better!!) - we love you to build rapport with our guests so excellent English is a must. 

The first step will be a site interview so we can chat to you. You will also need to take pride in your personal presentation and how you project yourself; knowing that the way you carry yourself is part of the guest experience.
