The Grosvenor Estate represents all the business and other activities of the Grosvenor Family, headed by the Duke of Westminster.

Although it is best known for the development and long term ownership of the Mayfair and Belgravia estates in central London, today’s Grosvenor Estate encompasses diverse activities from property development to farming and across the globe from Vancouver to Shanghai.

The Family Investment Office is responsible for a range of activities on behalf of the Grosvenor Estate Trustees and Grosvenor family including the management of four rural estates in the UK and one in Spain.

Each of these estates is part of a local community and is often the most significant employer in the area. The activities of the Family Investment Office also encompass a retail business Realty Insurances; financial investment portfolios, a fine art collection, the Westminster Foundation charitable foundation and provision of professional support and advice to the Trustees and to individual members of the Grosvenor family.
