We are looking for an enthusiastic, versatile, presentable, professional person to join our small, friendly team here at The Flying Fish!  Duties will include:  servicing our 8 ensuite hotel rooms, serving breakfast to hotel guests, lunch and evening bar/food service shifts in our pub/restaurant and our onsite events venue.  This job requires an element of flexibility as business needs change throughout the seasons. This is a LIVE-IN position offering very spacious accommodation (no pets) at £60pw.  Our nearest town is Ilminster (3 miles) and you will need to have your own transport.  Min 25 hours per week rising to 40 at peak times.  Will consider job share for a couple.   Hospitality or customer service experience is essential and training will be given and you MUST be legally allowed to work in the UK.
