Forge Coffee is excited to be taking on a third site in Northamptonshire and is in search of a top-notch barista who really knows their speciality coffee to ensure we keep on delivering consistent excellence to our customers.
Having successfully garnered a reputation as the best coffee in the county, first at Culworth before expanding into Evenley, Forge Coffee is now part of an excitement partnership that will take on The Windmill pub at Badby, near Daventry. Great coffee by day, delicious pizza and outstanding beer by night.
We need an experienced barista, with at least 6 years of experience, who can hit the ground running, problem solve and be willing to help guide and train the team working with them to ensure standards are kept high and Forge Coffee's reputation as the place for coffee continues to grow.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for autonomy, free of any micro-management. Forge Coffee is growing and this is the chance to be a key part of that growth story.
Opening Hours:
Monday to Saturday 9am-4pm
Sundays 9am-3pm
Barista will be expected to work 5 days a week, including at least one weekend day.
Ability to drive helpful as will a willingness to help out at Forge Coffee's other two sites when needed as well as to ensure consistent quality across the operation.
