We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced sous chef to work in Guernsey.
The right candidate will assist the head chef leading the kitchen at the Slaughterhouse, an iconic St Peter Port restaurant and bar. Working with seasonal and local produce including seafood and Guernsey beef. The style of food is British with European influence.
Duties will include:
*Running the busy and fast paced kitchen
*Leading a team of up to seven chefs and three kitchen porters
*Working with the head chef in creating and developing the menus
*Stock control and hitting GPs
