We currently have an APPRENTICESHIP OPPORTUNITY for a TRAINEE CHEF to to assist the Head Chef in the ordering, preparation and cooking of food, in accordance with agreed menus and procedures, providing a first-class dining experience for all guests at the centre.
Whilst undertaking your apprenticeship, you will be working towards a Level 2 Standard Commis Chef Apprenticeship and will be required to complete assignments within set deadlines.
We are looking for a dedicated candidate who can work independently, as well as part of a small team. Typical working hours are flexible working 30 hours over a 7 day period.
