We are a family run business with nine venues and our own award winning micro brewery.
We require staff of all levels for various food led country pubs situated in the north west of England, in and around the Lake District.
Customer Service is at the forefront of everything we do. We want to create a home from home for our customers, welcoming tourists and locals, families and dogs into our cosy pubs.
You'll be passionate about staff development and customer satisfaction. You'll drive the business forward with your lead from the front attitude, and you'll hopefully have some knowledge of cask ale (if not, we have our own brewers who can teach you) You must also have an excellent eye for detail, high standards of presentation and be highly organised.
Applicants should have industry experience, and previous experience in a busy food led pub would be an advantage.
We also have some junior chef roles available with no experience necessary as full training can be provided.
We are currently recruiting for several positions within our company as follows:
Commis Chef - £19000-£23000
Second Chef - £22000-£26000
General Manager - £25000-£30000
General Assistants - £18000-£24000
Bar Staff/waiters - £18000 - £24000
Cooks - £18000-£24000
