We are looking for someone to oversee the running of our restaurant for breakfast & dinner service.
This will involve organising table plans, looking after our guests, setting up for breakfast and dinner service. checking stock levels, keeping the restaurant clean and smooth running.
We are a 23 bedroom independent hotel and cater for approximately 40 people on each service.
As we don't cater a lunch service, the hours are made up with short housekeeping shifts, looking after guest bedrooms.
Hours: 48 per week approx.
Normal breakfast shifts: 7.30am to 10.30am
Dinner service: 6pm to 9pm
Accommodation provided: breakfast & evening meal included.
Bonus scheme available.
£12 per hour
Accommodation/Board/Keep: £40 per week
Bonus: £40 per week (payable at the end of the season, late October)
