We are currently looking for a part time seasonal cook from May-October
We are a family friendly pub/restaurant based on a caravan park which aims to provide quality fast paced bar food. We offer a small fixed menu of bar classics such as steak pie, burgers, and fish & chips as well as a couple of daily specials. We require an enthusiastic, hard working motivated cook able to work to their own initiative unsupervised. We are looking for an individual to maintain the quality and availability of the menu items and communicate well to achieve smooth running of the kitchen. Candidates must have an understanding of hygiene requirements and the ability to maintain high standards of quality control, and health and safety.
You will have:
. Previous background in a food establishment
. The ability to work well under pressure
. A passion for food and cooking
. The ability to change and adapt the menu accordingly to suit our parks needs
. Excellent time management and organisational skills
. The ability to run and maintain a busy kitchen unsupervised
. Enthusiasm and have a hands-on approach to the job
