We are looking for an experienced sous chef to come and help us in our busy summer season.
We are a small family run hotel located in the pretty fishing village of Shieldaig nestled below the Torridon mountains and so it is a lovely place to spend the spring and summer. The position is available from the end of March to the end of October
The restaurant specialises in fresh seafood delivered directly from the local fishing boats to the kitchen door each day. We also have a wood burning pizza oven. You will be working for a Michelin trained Head chef along with our other chefs and serving gastro pub style food
You will be paid hourly and we will guarantee you 48 hours per week but additional hours may be available In addition to your wages You will receive two days off per week and a share of the tips
We will provide you with full board and your accommodation. There is also work available for a partner either in the kitchen or front of house or housekeeping
£15 per hour plus full board and accommodation and tips
