We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to come and help us in our busy summer season.
We are a small family run hotel located in the pretty fishing village of Shieldaig nestled below the Torridon mountains and so it is a lovely place to spend the spring and summer. We would ask you to stay at least 3 months but the position is available from the end of March to the end of October
No experience is required as you will be assisting the chefs and there will be opportunities to learn all aspects of kitchen life as you will be based in the main kitchen
You will be paid hourly and we will guarantee you 48 hours per week but additional hours may be available In addition to your wages You will receive two days off per week and a share of the tips
We will provide you with full board and your accommodation. There is also work available either front of house, housekeeping or in the kitchen for a partner.
£10 per hour plus full board and accommodation and a share of the tips
