Mediterranean beachfront restaurant is looking for professional, hard-working, enthusiastic staff for a summer on the beautiful Isles of Scilly.

The restaurant is a lively, busy venue in a stunning location where passion and attention to detail are poured into everything from the menu to the music.

The restaurant serves brunch, lunch and dinner six days a week, allowing one day to explore the beautiful islands that would comprise your new home.

We have a range of full time positions available for a contract from April to October:

  • Waiters: friendly, upbeat and efficient, a genuine enjoyment in welcoming guests and plenty of energy are essential qualities.
  • Bartenders: our small bar serves a wide range of drinks from fresh juices and coffee to cocktails.  Staff need to be able to work quickly and cleanly whilst preparing every order with care and passion.
  • Brunch/pastry chef: responsible for all of brunch service including prep and also baking cakes and desserts.  Position could suit someone new to the industry looking for a challenge or opportunity to progress.
  • Kitchen Porter: essential member of the kitchen team, taking care of every part of the restaurant and ensuring a smooth service.  The role is physically challenging and requires good organisation, speed, care and cleanliness.
