Friendly and energetic full time experienced Head Chef needed. The role will be responsible overseeing all aspect of our busy kitchen, stock control and ordering, menu creation and cost control. Cleaning and hygiene of the kitchen, team building and training and leading your team from the front. Excellent salary with free accommodation! The above role is a full time permanent position. Good rates of pay for the right applicants.
We are a 14 bedroom hotel with a large public area in the centre of the beautiful and historic coastal town of Padstow in Cornwall. Applicants should be self-motivated and speak perfect English. Accommodation provided on site with use of shared kitchen and shower room.
