Owner managers are hoping to recruit and fill 2 positions within the kitchen, Second Chef and Chef de Partie. Previous experience at these levels is essential.
Second Chef needs to be competent to run a busy kitchen, love working with fresh ingredients, able to cook to a high standard the basics - bread, pasta, desserts/pastry, sauces, breakfast, great organisational skills are required, be presentable and punctual. An excellent communicator and team delegator and an inspiration to work alongside. Be vigilant on food costs and competitive, be fully on board with the importance of dietary requirements. Must have the highest standards of Food safety.
Chef de Partie - must be able to work efficiently within a team. Be keen to learn and develop skills. Must have the basics of cookery to a high level.
